Announcing Lauren Leeman as Director of Memberships & Partnerships
As the Sponsorship Marketing Association looks to achieve its mission to grow, unite and advocate for the sponsorship industry, SMA is excited to announce Lauren Leeman is joining the team as Director of Memberships & Partnerships.
“Lauren brings a level of expertise that will amplify our efforts of developing dynamic, innovative strategies that will help in our role as industry advocates,” said Paula Beadle, SMA’s Founder & CEO. “I am thrilled she is joining our team. She is the right person to help SMA level up its efforts to serve our members.”
With over 15 years of experience, Leeman brings a wealth of expertise in membership and sponsorship revenue development. Throughout her career, Leeman has partnered with Fortune 500 companies on six- and seven-figure memberships and sponsorships. Her relationship-first membership ethos aligns with SMA’s vision to serve as the industry resource for information and inspiration, helping organizations and sponsorship marketers thrive.
Expanding the membership program and serving members will be a pivotal part of Leeman’s role. She will lead SMA’s membership recruitment and retention efforts by developing an integrated and robust program aimed at providing informative, engaging and educational offerings.
Leeman’s immediate focus will be around SMA’s Founding Member drive which takes place through December 31, 2022.
