Jeff Hansen

Jeff Hansen is a marketing professional and business strategist currently leading Microsoft’s global strategic partnerships discipline. Jeff’s team establishes and executes partnerships in areas of culture that matter to people, with timely stories that speak to what’s happening in the worlds of art, fashion, music, sports, and social causes. At the heart of their partnership strategy is product truth – creative use of Microsoft technologies to create solutions and experiences that are meaningful, tangible, and inspiring.

Jeff is a Pacific Northwest native where he currently resides in Bellevue with his wife and dog “Buddy”. Outside of work and family, Jeff’s passion is in issues related to public education where he is an active philanthropist and board member. He is an advisory board member for the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Oregon, a Seattle Sports Commission commissioner, past board member and President of the Bellevue Schools Foundation, a former Social Venture Partner, and a frequent guest speaker at various universities. Jeff is an avid reader, a hacker chef and enjoys almost any form of exercise where his current activities include boxing and tennis.

Ishveen Jolly

Ishveen is a trailblazer in the sports marketing industry having built OpenSponsorship.com into the world’s largest marketplace connecting brands to athletes for digital marketing campaigns. Her accolades include getting on the Forbes 30U30 sports list, Inc’s top 100 female Founders list and raising over $5M for the company including from NBA team owners, athletes, notable VCs and her Alma Mater Oxford University. The marketplace has 12,000 athletes, 60% are managed by the major sports agencies and 40% is athletes direct. They have done 10,000 deals including for brands like Walmart, Footlocker, ESPN, Fanduel and 100s more.

Steve Tseng

Executive Vice President

Pac-12 Networks

In his current role as Executive Vice President, Sales, Steve is responsible for driving Pac-12 Network revenue which includes advertising, corporate partnerships, digital, branded content and other assets across 17 conference championships with men’s football and basketball being the largest events. He leads a team of five sales executives and is a member of the Pac-12 Conference Leadership Team. Pac-12 is comprised of 12 major universities in the Western Region, including Stanford, Cal, UCLA, USC, Oregon, Oregon State, Washington, Washington State, Arizona State, Arizona, Colorado and Utah.

Steve’s responsibilities also include leading the direction of six employees who manage and service Pac-12 Partners/Sponsors and a team of four who manage the affiliate/distribution partners of Pac-12 programming in the U.S. and internationally.

With Arizona State Univ. falling under the Pac-12-MMR program, Steve provide leadership, management guidance and works closely with twelve team members who are all based in Tempe, AZ. Steve is a voting Board Member for the Pac-12 MMR entity.

Steve previously worked as a Senior Vice President for Endeavor (formerly WME IMG) based in San Francisco, CA. Steve led and managed the Visa Inc. Global Account (largest corporate client at Endeavor) which included a team of 36 professionals working in SF, LA, NYC, Paris, Moscow, Miami, Sao Paulo, Dubai and Singapore. In 2018, Steve led separate teams that garnered rave reviews for developing and executing Visa’s sponsorship plans on-site during the Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea and FIFA World Cup in Russia.

Prior to rejoining WME IMG in early 2015, Steve held the position of Chief Global Partnership and Chief Sales Officer for the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) based in St. Petersburg, FL. For two years, Steve managed a global sales and sponsorship team and was responsible for signing new sponsors and servicing existing ones.

Before the WTA, Steve worked at IMG for 20 years including time when Mark McCormack (Founder of IMG) ran the company. In his career at IMG, Steve executed numerous events, sold sponsorship & player endorsements, and, consulted for a number of major companies including Wells Fargo, Accenture, Hyundai, First Data, Kia, DHL, Barclay’s, McDonald’s, Chevron, Sonic, Adobe, YouTube, Honda, etc.

Steve enjoys speaking annually to college students about the sports/entertainment industry at Stanford GSB, Cal, Penn, Oregon, Washington University in St. Louis, USF, and St. Mary’s College. Steve also sat on the Board of the 10-year old Ivy Sports Symposium – a business/student conference held annually at an Ivy College campus. He is also actively involved with the Warsaw Sports Marketing MBA program at the University of Oregon.

In 2019, Steve was asked to join Scrum Technology Ventures (a wholly owned company of Dentsu Japan) as an Advisory Board Member. Scrum Technology Ventures specialize in making investments in the sports technology space globally with the goal of improving the athlete/player performance and/or stadium/fan experience.

In 2021, Steve was recognized as one of the Top 50 Diverse Leaders in Sports by the Racial Justice Institute.

Steve was a Liberal Studies major with an emphasis in Math/Economics/Anthropology at UCSB and received a MBA with an emphasis on International Marketing from SFSU. Before graduate school, Steve lived and worked in Taipei, Taiwan for a year.

Steve currently resides in Moraga, CA with his wife and three children. In his free time, Steve enjoys family time, fishing, running, tennis, golf, corn hole and visiting national parks.

Gail Lowney Alofsin

Her energetic, engaging, educational and inspirational presentations, focused on leadership, time management and career excellence have been shared throughout the nation and internationally at corporations, universities, conferences, workshops and webinars.

As a sales and marketing executive and thought leader, Gail is passionate about her career at Newport Harbor Corporation (NHC) which commenced in March 1988. Her current position is Director of Corporate Partnerships & Community Relations. Her main responsibility is procuring and retaining corporate sponsors for NHC properties inclusive of the Newport International Boat Show and Castle Hill Inn. Clients include: Volvo, Sebago, Helly Hansen, Celebrity Cruise Lines, Sobieski Vodka, Hendrick’s Gin, Harbortown Wine, Dodge Ram, Seabags, in addition to Community Relations for NHC.
