At the end of this session, you will have gained the confidence to craft compelling proposals and employ effective tactics that inspire partners to say YES to your proposals.

In this final session, we will review the key takeaways from each session and hear from industry experts their inside secrets, leadership philosophy’s, best practices they consistently implement. This “ask us anything” session is an opportunity to talk about hot topics you are facing today and hear possible solutions.

We believe learning in a live environment, where we can have discussions with each other, ideate and inspire. But we get it, sometimes it’s hard to coordinate busy schedules, so if you are unable to attend a live session, no problem, you can watch the recording.

It’s flexible so you can learn at your own pace. During the course you will watch short videos from industry leaders who provide instruction and information prior to each session. You will be given assignments in preparation for live group sessions.
Attend 8 live large-group virtual sessions
You will attend 8 live sessions with the entire group for approximately 90 minutes. Each session will be facilitated and focused on active learning. The session time will be used for interaction and activities that promote collaborations between students, and for in-the-moment coaching. Participants must attend all sessions, on camera to receive certification.
Participate in 8 action learning small group discussions
In-between weekly virtual sessions you will meet with your group to discuss session content, share experiences, and test out learnings. Groups will be given specific topics and assignments for discussion, and it will be up to each group to plan meeting times.
Collect helpful tools and resources you can immediately apply
We are learning in the flow of work, and that means you will receive helpful scripts, guides, and templates, you can immediately put into practice. You can ask for instant feedback on real-time challenges and opportunities. Use this time to prepare for upcoming meetings, goal setting, and planning.
