Dan Gaiman currently serves as Vice President of Partnership Development at U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF), the governing body of soccer in the United States. During a generational moment in time for the sport, Dan leads a business unit responsible for identifying and securing new strategic partners that drive fandom, participation, relevancy, and revenue for U.S. Soccer. In addition, Dan is responsible for spearheading both short-term and long-term business strategy, budget planning, and new platform development to set a vision for the Federation’s exponential growth.
Prior to joining USSF, Dan was Vice President of Partnership Sales for the Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center. In addition to securing Motorola as the Brooklyn Nets’ official jersey patch partner, he oversaw a team that contracted multi-year partnerships with leading brands such as Verizon, Diageo, Pfizer, Tissot, and Beyond Meat. The Nets finished top three in the NBA in new partnership revenue each year under his leadership. Previously, he held Partnership Sales roles for the New York Mets and National Basketball Association.
A native of Long Island, New York, Dan graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
