James Ho is the Executive Director of Customer Success at Zoomph, a leading sports and entertainment SaaS platform for partnership measurement and consumer insights for brands, leagues, teams, media, and athletes. Zoomph has revolutionized how brands leverage media data and ROI to drive engagement. James has spent the last 8+ years working with organizations like the Golden State Warriors, MLB, Chase, Wasserman, and beyond, to use technology to accurately and efficiently measure the value of their partnerships, and innovate sponsorship measurement solutions.

James was born and raised in Northern Virginia, receiving his B.A. in Communications and Sports Marketing from George Mason University. James still lives in NoVa today, but will travel anywhere there’s a golf course.
