Jarreau Smith is the Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships at the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. Loveland Living Planet Aquarium is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit in Draper, Utah, south of Salt Lake City, Utah. Home to more than 4,000 animals representing 650 species, the Aquarium showcases ecosystems from around the planet, including kelp forests, coral reefs, the deep ocean, Antarctic waters, Asian cloud forests, and South American rain forests, the waterways in a land lock state. As the Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships, Jarreau has created opportunities for companies to partner to help its missions to explore, discover and learn about earth’s diverse ecosystem. As the chair of LLPA’s diversity and inclusion committee, the Aquarium is working to create ways for everyone to explore, discover and learn about earth’s diverse ecosystems.

Before working with sharks and fish, he traded in the gym and sports. With a sports passion, he begins his career as an intern with the NBA affiliate Utah Flash and Minor League affiliate Orem Owlz. As a student at Utah Valley University, Jarreau worked in UVU’s athletic department as a Marketing Assistant, developing his skills and knowledge and earning an opportunity to become the Assistant Director of Corporate Partnerships and Community Relations.
