Throughout his 20+ year career, Neal has worked with and advised hundreds of brands, rights holders, properties, and agencies to maximize the effectiveness of their sponsorship investments. Neal’s industry expertise spans across all of life’s passion points, from sport, entertainment and culture properties to academic institutions and charitable organizations.

In his current role as Chief Revenue Officer at SponsorPulse, Neal is committed to advancing sponsorship marketing globally, which begins with evolving the industry to become more transparent and accessible.  Neal is the current Chair Of The Board for the Sponsorship Marketing Council Canada, with a commitment to advance the organization through inclusivity and accessibility.

His professional world aside, Neal is family-oriented and loves spending time with his wife and three amazing children.
