Nicole started her career in the sports industry in 2009 at the UCI. But it wasn’t until 2011 when she started at the Royal Netherlands Football Association, that her ambition for building sustainable and impactful partnerships really was shaped. Nicole is responsible for the new partnerships of the federation and implemented a new partnership strategy in 2018. This strategy helped the federation to cement its leading role in the European sports sponsorship industry. It also carved out the framework for innovative partnerships and double digit growth numbers in commercial revenue. Nicole is part of the Marketing Advisory Committee at UEFA and is co-founder of upcycle company FC88.
