Octavia is a passionate, senior fundraising professional with integrity. She has successfully secured funds for education, arts and culture and health-related issues. Currently, she is the Director of Development at the Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago. In this multi-faceted role, Octavia is involved with the museum’s Corporate giving, Sponsorship and Government relations.

During her 23-year museum tenure, she has been a part of annual fundraising, partnered with volunteer leadership, created compelling donor engagement packages, and managed Museum membership events, art exhibitions, educational programs and black-tie galas.
