Amy Azzi

Amy currently leads Sponsorships at T-Mobile which includes responsibility for sponsorship platforms such as Major League Baseball, MLB Clubs, Little League, eSports, Venues and Hospitality. In her role, she leads strategy development, negotiation and activation around major brand sponsorships. Her team also spearheads integrated marketing campaigns for T-Mobile to deliver best-in-class brand moments through cross-channel campaigns, partnerships, and player/influencer integration. She has led award winning programs including T-Mobile’s HR4HR MLB Postseason initiative and the launch of the naming rights partnership in Seattle with T-Mobile Park, home of the Seattle Mariners in addition to other technology focused partnerships like Drone Racing League and Sail Grand Prix.

Prior to T-Mobile, Amy spent 5+ years at Visa, building sponsorship marketing programs with Visa’s clients to broaden engagement with issuer, co-brand, and merchant partners through Visa’s NFL, Olympic and FIFA sponsorship assets.

Paula Beadle

Paula is a sponsorship industry leader who has mastered the art and science of sponsorship over 30 years of experience in sponsorship, media, sports, major events, and entertainment. Paula is the CEO of Caravel – a national consulting company specializing in strategic sponsorship and partnership marketing. Paula is also the founder of Sponsorship Mastery – an organization dedicated to improving individual and organizational sponsorship performance.

Paula has bought and sold sponsorships for everything from multi-million-dollar naming rights to racing pigs. She a results-driven leader known for developing winning strategies, fostering bold ideas, increasing revenue, and creatively connecting the right partners. She has had the good fortune to work with a countless number of iconic events and major brands. She also has a passion for Fairs and has worked side-by-side with the Washington State Fair, Oklahoma State Fair and Oregon State Fair.

Paula also serves on the Board of Directors for the Red Cross, Seattle Sports Commission, Washington Fairs and Events Association (WFEA) and as a Mentor for Women in Sports and Entertainment (WISE). She is outdoorsy and often can be found navigating the waters of the Pacific Northwest, hiking trails, or perfecting her swing on the golf course.

Paula will talk about Navigating the Future of Sponsorship and why sponsorship success will require bold, new thinking. She will share her industry predictions and insights how fairs can build stronger partnerships and increase revenue. In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, the sponsorship industry is dramatically transforming… a transformation that is long overdue and is happening at an accelerated pace. Sponsorship has been progressing over the last several years, and while strides have been taken toward strengthening the partnerships between brands and fairs, there is still work to be done. Paula will reveal the most important factors to sponsors and her insights how fairs can reach a higher level of success.

Nicole Bekkers

Nicole started her career in the sports industry in 2009 at the UCI. But it wasn’t until 2011 when she started at the Royal Netherlands Football Association, that her ambition for building sustainable and impactful partnerships really was shaped. Nicole is responsible for the new partnerships of the federation and implemented a new partnership strategy in 2018. This strategy helped the federation to cement its leading role in the European sports sponsorship industry. It also carved out the framework for innovative partnerships and double digit growth numbers in commercial revenue. Nicole is part of the Marketing Advisory Committee at UEFA and is co-founder of upcycle company FC88.

Kim Davis

Kimberly Davis is a trailblazer and change agent, positively disrupting the financial and sports industries over her illustrious 35+ year career. Well-regarded as a resilient and visionary thought and business leader, Davis brings change to life through sound strategic planning and solid organizational development. She is an inspirational storyteller, an architect of coalitions and a culture builder who believes that successful business contributes to healthy, vibrant communities. Driven by data and a passion for progress, she has consistently provided structure and glide paths for organizations to realizetheir potential for sustainable business growth.

As Senior Executive Vice President of Social Impact, Growth Initiatives & Legislative Affairs at the National Hockey League (NHL), Davis has set the League on a new course to attract, retain and develop fans, with a specific focus on bringing historically marginalized communities into the fore. Reporting to Commissioner Gary Bettman, she positively influences and impacts the decisions of 32 NHL Club owners and executives relating to culture, multi-cultural marketing, youth participation, and community and social impact. In doing so, Davis aims to improve access and availability of the sport and grow the League’s business for the long term.

Previously, as Senior Managing Director at Teneo Consulting Worldwide, Davis led the firm’s leadership development and corporate responsibility practice. She advised Fortune 500 companies, CEOs, and cultural icons, including tennis legend Billie Jean King on creating the Billie Jean King Leadership Initiative – a partnership with CEOs to advance gender diversity and pay equity.

Before Teneo, Davis spent more than two decades at JPMorgan Chase. She most recently served as Managing Director of Global Corporate Social Responsibility, President of the JPMorgan Chase Foundation, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
Ms. Davis has been recognized as #1 on Sportsnet’s list of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Sports, as well as honored by Sports Illustrated in “The Unrelenting” Most Powerful Women in Sports and “100 Influential Black Women in Sports.” In addition, Ms Davis has been recognized by USA Today Sports “50 Most Influential Black People in Sports”, “Hockey News’ 2021 “Top 100” Most Influential Leaders in the Sport, Essence Magazine’s “Woke” Change Agents, Adweek’s “30 Most Powerful Women in Sports,” and Sports Business Journal’s “Game Changers.” She has also been featured in Savoy Magazine’s “Top 100 Most Influential Blacks in Corporate America” and Fast Company’s “100 Most Creative People in Business.” In 2012, Ms. Davis was profiled with First Lady Michelle Obama in Essence Magazine’s “28 Most Influential Black Women in America.”

She currently serves on the boards of Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, Communities in Schools (National) and the Sports & Fitness Industry Association (SFIA). She is a former Trustee of Spelman College and the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill’s Kenan Institute.

Davis earned a B.A. in Economics from Spelman College and has completed Executive Leadership Programs at both the Aspen Institute and Stanford University.

Megan Eisenhard

Megan Eisenhard has been in higher education and the collegiate athletics industry for over 21 years. She has held various leadership roles during her nearly 14-year tenure with LEARFIELD, a media and technology services leader in intercollegiate athletics that unlocks the value of college sports for brands and fans through an omnichannel platform with innovative content and commerce solutions.

Currently she is Senior Vice President of the Campus+ division, which develops comprehensive partnerships and marketing programs specifically designed to align priority university initiatives with the corporate community. There are a variety of initiatives within the Campus+ vertical, including athletic facility naming rights and company-wide relationships with Elevate Sports Ventures and Team IMPACT, LEARFIELD’s philanthropic partner in college sports. As the senior leader of this division, Megan works with numerous campus leadership teams across the country in identifying partnership platforms and simultaneously works with local sales teams to identify and consummate partnerships with selected businesses and organizations. She has led the process in securing multiple naming rights and campus-wide partnerships, including Premier America Credit Union Arena at CSU Northridge in 2022, University Credit Union Center at UC Davis in 2021, and an Official Bank and Official Credit Union at Texas A&M University in 2019.

Prior to joining Campus+, she was asked by her company’s leadership to build the first ever Talent Acquisition team at LEARFIELD. Her sales & leadership experience, as well as her drive to learn new verticals, made her the right fit to develop hiring standards, processes, marketing & outreach campaigns, and internship programs to support the entire sponsorship sales division. When transitioning from Talent Acquisition to Campus+, she developed and promoted an internal replacement who currently still leads the team, showing her commitment to succession planning and staff development.

From 2014-2017, as Vice President of West Region Multi-Media, Megan had multi-million-dollar sports sponsorship sales oversight of multiple properties, including Cal, Oregon State, and Boise State. One of the youngest Vice Presidents in the company at the time, Megan quickly built trust with her teams and used her servant leadership skills to support revenue growth, as well as lead strategy discussions and regional sales collaboration efforts. Megan also onboarded several property General Managers after LEARFIELD acquired multi-media rights from Nelligan and KP Sports.

Prior to the VP role, she was General Manager at the University of Colorado and oversaw the sponsorship sales team in Boulder. At 29, she was the youngest woman to attain the GM position at a Power-5 school. While in Boulder, her team increased sponsorship business by 120% by developed and enhancing meaningful platforms for partners to engage with. She worked closely with the CU Environmental Center and Facilities Department to enhance the Green Stampede program with corporate partners who value sustainability and environmental stewardship and worked with Safeway to develop a Breast Cancer Awareness initiative across multiple sports.
Prior to joining LEARFIELD, Megan had various sales and marketing roles on the west coast, including Associate General Manager with ISP Sports at the University of California-Berkeley, Corporate Service Manager at UC Berkeley, and Assistant Marketing Director at California State University-Sacramento. She has a master’s in arts from UC Berkeley, with a focus on Athletes & Academic Achievement, and a bachelor’s in arts from CSU Sacramento, with an emphasis in Communication Studies.
Megan has many passions within her work, including developing future women leaders in the sports industry. She was instrumental in creating and implementing LEARFIELD’s female-focused initiative and was a founding executive board member of WISE (Women in Sports & Events) DFW, a non-profit chapter in the Dallas-Fort Worth area focused on providing mentorship, networking, personal & professional development for women in the sports industry. Additionally, Megan helped to create a new content track at the Women Leaders in College Sports Convention, which focused on Revenue Generation in College Sports, an area where she envisions more women being involved in and knowledgeable about.

With 195 million annual visits to more than 200 accredited zoos and aquariums throughout the U.S., Allionce has centralized this emerging market offering a new ecosystem and uncluttered environment to connect with families at venues boasting more total visits than all four major sports leagues combined.

Mark also currently serves as Board Director at Zoo New England. Prior to his current roles he spent time on the sidelines and in the front office of college and professional sports, bought and sold media across most channels, and has hired, managed, partnered and now owns and leads a marketing agency.

Jeff Hansen

Jeff Hansen is a marketing professional and business strategist currently leading Microsoft’s global strategic partnerships discipline. Jeff’s team establishes and executes partnerships in the most relevant areas of culture, with timely stories that speak to what’s happening in the worlds of art, fashion, music, sports, and social causes. At the heart of their partnership strategy is product truth – creative use of Microsoft technologies to create solutions and experiences that are meaningful, tangible, and inspiring.

Jeff is a Pacific Northwest native where he currently resides in Bellevue with his wife and dog “Buddy”.  Outside of work and family, Jeff’s passion is in issues related to public education where he is an active philanthropist and board member.  He is an advisory board member for the College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Oregon, a Seattle Sports Commission commissioner, past board member and President of the Bellevue Schools Foundation, a former Social Venture Partner, and a frequent guest speaker at various universities. Jeff is an avid reader, a hacker chef and enjoys almost any form of exercise where his current activities include boxing and tennis.

Heather L. Hunter

Heather Hunter has over 23 years of experience in sponsorship sales and activation. She is currently leading the university-wide collaborative corporate partnership initiative for UC Davis. She is responsible for establishing and executing a comprehensive campus-wide strategy for securing business partnerships that align with the UC Davis’ Principles of Community and mission. In 2015, Heather joined UC Davis as the Associate Executive Director and Chief Revenue Officer for the Cal Aggie Alumni Association overseeing business partnerships, membership, wine and travel programs.
Prior to UC Davis, Heather served as the Account Director for GMR Marketing where she led the $25M+ North America and Latin America sports sponsorship portfolio for global SAP. SAP’s sponsorships included the NFL, NBA, San Francisco 49ers/Levi’s Stadium, San Jose Sharks/SAP Center, MetLife Stadium, Madison Square Garden, golf, tennis, sailing, Cirque de Soleil and Tribeca Film Festival. She also managed NetApp’s NFL business and worked on special projects for Global Sports & Entertainment Consulting.
Before GMR, Heather worked for Sharks Sports & Entertainment (SSE) for 11+ years leading the sponsorship service team who were responsible for managing over 100 corporate partners across the SSE portfolio. The SSE property portfolio included the San Jose Sharks (NHL), HP Pavilion, SAP Open (ATP), San Jose Stealth (NLL), San Jose Earthquakes (MLS), PGA Tour Champions, Fight Night at the Tank (Boxing) and Sharks Ice (Practice Facility). She also led the naming rights partnerships for HP and SAP and was a member of the board of directors for the Sharks Foundation.
Heather began her career on University of California campuses. She was a Marketing Coordinator for Cal Athletics, where she developed and implemented comprehensive marketing programs for Cal Athletics and managed 15 corporate sponsor accounts including Bank of the West, Toyota and Ford. Prior to Cal, Heather was an assistant softball coach for two seasons at UC Davis managing the recruiting program. The team reached post-season both years and participated in the College World Series, finishing 3rd in the country.
Hunter was a four-year letter winner in softball at UC Davis and is a member of the Cal Aggie Athletics Hall of Fame. She is currently serving on the UC Davis Athletics Board and University Credit Union Advisory Council. Heather is also an adjunct instructor for the University of San Francisco Sports Management MS Program.

Beth has produced large-scale, special events for over 30 years as a producer and consultant in the events, sports and live entertainment industry. As president and CEO of the Seattle Sports Commission, she leads efforts to attract and host premier sporting events that shape Greater Seattle, while providing valuable support to the region’s professional and collegiate sports community.

Beth held leadership roles with Seattle’s 2018 Special Olympics USA Games and many of Seattle’s iconic special events, including the Seahawks Super Bowl Victory Parade in 2014, and the Sounders FC 2016 and 2019 MLS Championship Cup March and Rally.

Seattle hosted the 2023 NCAA Women’s Basketball Regionals and MLB All-Star Game. Upcoming events include the National Gay Flag Football Gay Bowl, 2024 NHL Winter Classic and 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Monica Michel

Monica Michel is a Cause Marketing and Brand Partnerships Marketing Manager at The Nature Conservancy (TNC), a global environmental nonprofit working to create a world where people and nature thrive. In her role, Monica is responsible for cultivating and stewarding corporate relationships focused on reaching younger, more diverse audiences. Monica oversees a diverse portfolio of partners and develops and executes creative direction and messaging, marketing and promotion plans, related activations, and ensures that each program, its creative and messaging reflect the positioning, platform, and voice of the TNC brand, while also meeting the goals and expectations of external partners.
Prior to TNC, Monica was an integral part of the Partnership Marketing team at the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance where she focused primarily on licensing programs and activations for nearly seven years.
Monica holds a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from San Diego State University and a Master of Business Administration from The Fermanian School of Business at Point Loma Nazarene University where she concentrated her studies in marketing and communications.
Mom to 20-month-old daughter Annalise, and 4-year-old daughter Annika, Monica enjoys her free time exploring the outdoors and the beauty of San Diego, CA where she currently calls home.

Ted Molter

Ted Molter is the former Chief Marketing Officer for San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, responsible for public relations, creative services, advertising and design, websites, publications, interpretation, sales, licensing and partnership marketing activities that support the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Zoo Safari Park and the San Diego Zoo Institute for Conservation Research, the organization’s scientific division.

Ted is currently working with Digital Performance Group and others creating marketing campaigns using behavior-based mobile data and as a marketing consultant focusing on zoos, aquariums, cultural attractions and family entertainment centers.

He joined San Diego Zoo in 1998 as the associate marketing director in charge of public relations. In April 2002, he was promoted to director of marketing and ultimately to the role of CMO in 2013. Molter initiated and led an organization-wide re-branding identity program that resulted in significant revenue increases at the Zoo and Safari Park, increased donations and awareness of San Diego Zoo Global’s commitment to wildlife conservation.

Molter came to San Diego Zoo Global from SeaWorld Ohio, where he worked for 13 years. His tenure there included positions as operations host, penguin keeper and aquarist before becoming director of its public relations department.

A graduate of Kent State University, Molter earned a bachelor of arts degree in broadcast communications with a field of concentration in biology.

He has been a member of the Association of Zoos and Aquariums; past education and marketing committee chair, board member and the founding foundation board chair for the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions; past chair of San Diego Tourism Authority; and board member and past chairman of the California Travel Association.

Meka White Morris

Meka Morris, who joined the Twins in August of 2021 as the club’s first-ever Senior Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer, was named Executive Vice President on January 6, 2022. She leads the organization’s collaborative efforts to drive continued business growth and development, with a specific focus on the exploration and optimization of potential new and evolving revenue streams.
Morris’ key responsibilities, aimed at aligning and advancing the organization’s revenue-generating platforms, include oversight of brand partnerships, ticketing, suites and premium inventory, and business strategy and analytics. She was named to Twin Cities Business’ list of “100 People to Know” in 2022.
Prior to joining the Twins, Morris served as Chief Revenue Officer for Tappit, a global payment and data ecosystem for events, sports stadiums and venues. She successfully led the company’s business expansion into North America, landing deals with several professional sports teams and striking a strategic partnership with LEARFIELD. Morris, a member of the Sports Business Journal’s 2021 “Forty Under 40” class, previously held sales-focused leadership roles for LEARFIELD, Legends Hospitality, Live Nation Entertainment, the Charlotte Hornets, the Oakland Raiders and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
A native of Boston, MA, Morris earned her B.S. in journalism and strategic communications from the University of Kansas, where she was a track and field athlete for the Jayhawks. Her late father, Boston Celtics legend Jo Jo White, had a stellar 12-year NBA career and was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2015.
Meka, her husband Shaun and their dog, Tyson, reside in downtown Minneapolis.

Jen Mueller, America’s Expert Talker, is rarely at a loss for words. She pursued a career in sports broadcasting after repeated comments of “talks too much” from teachers and family members. A 21-year sports broadcasting veteran, Jen currently serves as the Seattle Seahawks sideline radio reporter. She is also part of the Seattle Mariners and Seattle Kraken television broadcast team on ROOT Sports. In addition to her work on the sidelines, Jen launched Talk Sporty to Me in 2009. She provides a unique twist on business communication based on her time in locker rooms and expertise in 1-on-1 conversations.

Jeff Nelson



Jeff Nelson is the President of Navigate, a data-driven consulting firm in sports and entertainment. Nelson leads Navigate’s day-to-day business operations and works on its largest consultative partnerships. In addition to working with the league offices, professional teams, media rights holders, and Fortune 500 brands, he has led engagements in the collegiate space with over a dozen individual universities and three conferences.

Nelson received his M.S.A. from Northwestern and his B.A. in Journalism from the George Washington University.

Rosie Selle

Rosemary Selle is a tenured arena marketing leader with experience developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across multi-channel platforms for large entertainment properties.

As the VP of Marketing at Climate Pledge Arena, she serves as the senior member of the arena marketing team, planning and implementing branding, tickets sales, media buying, partnership marketing, social and digital media strategies. She previously served as the Regional Director of Marketing for AEG Facilities/ASM Global, and Sr. Director of Marketing at Target Center in Minneapolis, MN.

Prior to her time in Minneapolis, for seven years, she served as the Director of Marketing at KeyArena at Seattle Center/AEG Facilities. She built and grew the marketing communications platform for both KeyArena and McCaw Hall at Seattle Center. During her venue marketing career, Rosemary has worked on some of the biggest and most marquee events in sports and live entertainment, including large concert acts, family events, NCAA and E-Sports Championships, as well as political and corporate events.

She has served on the opening support teams for T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as Antel Arena in Montevideo, Uruguay, where she worked with onsite teams to establish effective social and in-venue communications strategies; as well as establish a brand presence on national and international industry channels. She is an active member of the planning committee for the Events and Arena Marketing Conference. Rosemary holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Carroll College in Helena, Montana and a Master’s in Sports Leadership and Administration from Seattle University.

Jarreau Smith

Jarreau Smith is the Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships at the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium. Loveland Living Planet Aquarium is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit in Draper, Utah, south of Salt Lake City, Utah. Home to more than 4,000 animals representing 650 species, the Aquarium showcases ecosystems from around the planet, including kelp forests, coral reefs, the deep ocean, Antarctic waters, Asian cloud forests, and South American rain forests, the waterways in a land lock state. As the Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships, Jarreau has created opportunities for companies to partner to help its missions to explore, discover and learn about earth’s diverse ecosystem. As the chair of LLPA’s diversity and inclusion committee, the Aquarium is working to create ways for everyone to explore, discover and learn about earth’s diverse ecosystems.

Before working with sharks and fish, he traded in the gym and sports. With a sports passion, he begins his career as an intern with the NBA affiliate Utah Flash and Minor League affiliate Orem Owlz. As a student at Utah Valley University, Jarreau worked in UVU’s athletic department as a Marketing Assistant, developing his skills and knowledge and earning an opportunity to become the Assistant Director of Corporate Partnerships and Community Relations.

Sarah Smith Pancheri

Sarah Smith Pancheri serves as President & CEO for Milwaukee World Festival, Inc., (MWF) the organization that produces Summerfest presented by American Family Insurance, The World’s Largest Music Festival. MWF also manages, develops and stewards the 75-acre permanent festival site Henry Maier festival Park, featuring the American Family Insurance Amphitheater. After spending the formative years of her career with MWF, Sarah left the organization to gain experience as Managing Director for Milwaukee fundraising at Marquette University, and, later, as Vice President of Development and Communications for the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee. Rejoining the MWF team in December 2015, she is now responsible for overseeing the Operations, Security and Sales & Marketing departments. Sarah is a member of the executive management team, playing a role in strategic planning, including budgeting and operating decisions for MWF.

Sarah is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and currently serves on the board of VISIT Milwaukee and the Marketing Committee of Travel Wisconsin / WI Department of Tourism. She was named a Woman of Influence by the Milwaukee Business Journal in 2018 and is also involved with several civic endeavors including the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts and TEMPO Milwaukee.

Wim Stocks has been a progressive leader and pioneer in the online gaming and esports businesses since 1990. From 2001 to 2006, Wim was Executive Vice President of the “new” Atari Inc. (a roll-up and amalgam of Hasbro Interactive, Infogrames, and GT Interactive), leading and managing one of the broadest-reaching interactive entertainment publishing networks in the world. In 2006, Wim started an entrepreneurial online gaming publishing business named Elephant Entertainment, assuming the role of President and COO. In March 2008, the leading games publisher THQ purchased Elephant and Wim assumed the role of EVP and leader of the Online Gaming division and related digital gaming initiatives. In 2010, Wim was recruited to join the executive management team of Virgin Gaming (now WorldGaming) as Executive Vice President. In this role, Wim helped launch the company and platform in 2010, as well as developed strategic investor, technology, game publisher, retailer, and other brand partnerships. In April 2016, Wim was named CEO of WorldGaming & Collegiate StarLeague, which was acquired by Cineplex in the Fall of 2015, a leading movie theater operator with diversification into gaming, location based entertainment, and other aligned entertainment and digital media businesses. As of July 2020, Wim led the acquisition of Collegiate StarLeague & WorldGaming Network by Playfly Sports, a combined traditional sports, esports, and broadcast management/rights management company, and was responsible as Chairman for leading the esports business, strategy, sponsorship/partnership sales, and cultivation, and other investor and partner relations for the Company. Recently, Wim joined the executive management team of Belong Gaming & Vindex (founded in 2019 by esports industry pioneers and leaders Sundance DiGiovanni, Mike Sepso, and Martyn Gibbs), leading all Commercial, Partnerships, Sponsorships, and Business Development initiatives.

Wim currently serves as an Advisor to the Special Olympics International; an Advisor to Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) and Ryerson University’s ‘Future of Sports Lab’; Advisor and part of the ownership group of Andbox, (parent company of the New York Excelsior, the professional NYC-based franchise in the Overwatch League, and the NY Subliners, professional NYC-based franchise in the Call of Duty League); Strategic Advisor to GG Group (Rivalry publicly traded online betting platform); Board Member of Gamerji, an online mobile esports platform operated in India; Board Member of Slang Worldwide, a cannabis products company based in Toronto; is a Board Member of National Public Radio’s ‘Marketplace’ programming; and is also a Trustee and on the Board of Directors of the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis. Wim has also served on the boards of Allina/Abbott Northwestern Hospital, the Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute in Minneapolis. Wim is very proud of his two smart, savvy, and accomplished daughters (both attorneys) living in Minneapolis.

Steve Tseng

In his current role as Executive Vice President, Sales, Steve is responsible for driving Pac-12 Network revenue which includes advertising, corporate partnerships, digital, branded content and other assets across 17 conference championships with men’s football and basketball being the largest events. He leads a team of five sales executives and is a member of the Pac-12 Conference Leadership Team. Pac-12 is comprised of 12 major universities in the Western Region, including Stanford, Cal, UCLA, USC, Oregon, Oregon State, Washington, Washington State, Arizona State, Arizona, Colorado and Utah.

Steve’s responsibilities also include leading the direction of six employees who manage and service Pac-12 Partners/Sponsors and a team of four who manage the affiliate/distribution partners of Pac-12 programming in the U.S. and internationally.

With Arizona State Univ. falling under the Pac-12-MMR program, Steve provide leadership, management guidance and works closely with twelve team members who are all based in Tempe, AZ. Steve is a voting Board Member for the Pac-12 MMR entity.

Steve previously worked as a Senior Vice President for Endeavor (formerly WME IMG) based in San Francisco, CA. Steve led and managed the Visa Inc. Global Account (largest corporate client at Endeavor) which included a team of 36 professionals working in SF, LA, NYC, Paris, Moscow, Miami, Sao Paulo, Dubai and Singapore. In 2018, Steve led separate teams that garnered rave reviews for developing and executing Visa’s sponsorship plans on-site during the Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang, South Korea and FIFA World Cup in Russia.

Prior to rejoining WME IMG in early 2015, Steve held the position of Chief Global Partnership and Chief Sales Officer for the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) based in St. Petersburg, FL. For two years, Steve managed a global sales and sponsorship team and was responsible for signing new sponsors and servicing existing ones.

Before the WTA, Steve worked at IMG for 20 years including time when Mark McCormack (Founder of IMG) ran the company. In his career at IMG, Steve executed numerous events, sold sponsorship & player endorsements, and, consulted for a number of major companies including Wells Fargo, Accenture, Hyundai, First Data, Kia, DHL, Barclay’s, McDonald’s, Chevron, Sonic, Adobe, YouTube, Honda, etc.

Steve enjoys speaking annually to college students about the sports/entertainment industry at Stanford GSB, Cal, Penn, Oregon, Washington University in St. Louis, USF, and St. Mary’s College. Steve also sat on the Board of the 10-year old Ivy Sports Symposium – a business/student conference held annually at an Ivy College campus. He is also actively involved with the Warsaw Sports Marketing MBA program at the University of Oregon.

In 2019, Steve was asked to join Scrum Technology Ventures (a wholly owned company of Dentsu Japan) as an Advisory Board Member. Scrum Technology Ventures specialize in making investments in the sports technology space globally with the goal of improving the athlete/player performance and/or stadium/fan experience.

In 2021, Steve was recognized as one of the Top 50 Diverse Leaders in Sports by the Racial Justice Institute.

Steve was a Liberal Studies major with an emphasis in Math/Economics/Anthropology at UCSB and received a MBA with an emphasis on International Marketing from SFSU. Before graduate school, Steve lived and worked in Taipei, Taiwan for a year.

Steve currently resides in Moraga, CA with his wife and three children. In his free time, Steve enjoys family time, fishing, running, tennis, golf, corn hole and visiting national parks.

David Tuyo

His career in the financial services industry spans over 20 years, with the majority dedicated to serving credit unions. Dr. Tuyo’s education includes a DBA from California Southern University, an MBA from Mississippi State University and a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Mobile.

Overall, his career experience includes nearly $1B worth of deals spanning the NFL, NHL, NBA, MLS and Motorsports. Jeff is originally from Seattle and is proud to have taken part in launching an expansion franchise in his hometown.
