The SMA Academy is offering a 6-part sales training program over 12-weeks through a combination of instructor led live sessions and small group conversations.

HOW IT FLOWS
A Radically Simple Learning Experience
We tell you what you need to know and the actions to take to be successful. By learning in the flow of your work, you put into practice what you are learning, refine the principles, see immediate results and share the outcomes.

It’s flexible, so you can learn at your own pace. During the program, you will watch short videos from industry leaders who provide instruction and information before each session. You will be given assignments in preparation for live group sessions.
Attend 6 live virtual sessions
You will attend 6 live sessions with the entire group for approximately 60-90 minutes. Each session will be facilitated and focused on active learning. The session time will be used for interaction and activities promoting collaborations between students and in-the-moment coaching.
Participate in 6 Action Learning Group Conversations
In-between the live sessions, you will meet with your small group to discuss session content, share experiences, and test out learnings. Groups will be given specific topics and assignments for discussion, and it will be up to each group to plan meeting times.
Collect helpful tools and resources you can immediately apply.
We are learning in the flow of work, which means you will receive helpful scripts, guides, and templates, you can immediately put into practice. You can ask for instant feedback on real-time challenges and opportunities. This time can be used to prepare for upcoming meetings, goal setting, and planning.

By introducing a practical approach, at the end of this session, you will have enhanced skills to effectively secure more meetings with potential partners.

Craft and Price the Perfect Proposal
Boost your confidence in creating compelling proposals and pricing strategies. At the end of this session, you will have gained the confidence to craft compelling proposals, master pricing strategies, and employ effective tactics that inspire partners to say YES to your proposals.
